It also gave me an opportunity to play with the video feature on my new Nikon DSLR camera. I had it zoomed in a bit too close and the angle was a bit awkward, but all in all I am loving the quality! Many many more fly tying videos coming soon!!
Hook: size 10 dry fly hook
Body: micro chenille
Legs: rubber silly legs (trim length to suit)
Thread: UTC 140
Optional: Watershed to help it float a bit better/longer
Great fly for bluegill and even the occasional bass!
Nice job Nick. That's a great camera for tying videos. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
ReplyDeleteThank you sir! I am sure there are some more settings/options on it that I just haven't figured out how to use yet. I need to figure out the auto-focus for recording. I'm sure it does it, just not sure how. The focus was set manually on this video.
DeleteCool video, man! Looking forward to watching some more tying videos.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Justin. I'm trying to figure out what to do next.
